I See God
In Candace Lovely’s well-established voice of “painting from real life,” this personal moment was captured from a day at the beach with a friend. As Lovely describes, “God can be found in any moment – or every moment.” In this scene, that discovery was more literal as the artist’s companion perceived an image in the cloud form and exclaimed, “I see God.” What unfolded was a multidimensional journey across the canvas that Lovely explains, “overlaps several times within the four corners and creates several dimensions.”
