The first size  is the "Fan Print" on 13x19 inch paper with the image size about 11x17, for $60.00. 

Custom larger sizes are priced by the square inch of the image size. 

Images on paper are $.60 now $.30 per square inch and images on canvas are $1.00  now $.50 per square inch.
